ClearSound Audio™ is a Personal Sound Amplification Product (PSAP). It is NOT a hearing aid, and it is not a medical device. ClearSound Audio™ is intended for use by adults with normal hearing who desire sound amplification in certain environments. We make every effort to accurately describe our products, but we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free, complete, or current.
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal right to use the payment method provided. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability.
Prices are stated in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be applied where required by applicable law.
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on ClearSound Audio™ products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition (unless defective) to receive a full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLEARSOUND AUDIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS OR WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
